Established by Bishop Prof. Rudolph Q. Kwanue, Sr., PhD, RKUC was founded with a vision to provide quality, accessible, and affordable education to students in Liberia and beyond, emerging as a beacon of hope and renewal for the nation in the aftermath of its 14-year civil conflict.
